Customer Reviews
Flowers arrived on time! They are beautiful and it was a complete surprise. Thank you! Would order from you again!
- Arno***The flowers that were delivered looked nothing at all like what I paid for. I paid for an arrangement of roses with greens, with a lot of volume, in a vase. What I got was ONLY roses, clumped together in a vase, just barely tall enough to stick out of the vase... and all the same height. NOT what you advertised. Plus, I paid EXTRA for the “deluxe” package, which is supposed to give it more greens, and there were ZERO. It isn’t even the same vase, or ribbon! Plus the delivery driver did NOT follow the instructions I left. He just called the recipient and made her come out to meet him, even though she doesn’t speak Chinese and there were specific instructions on where to leave the flowers. I wish I could post the photos here of what was received.
- Char***Flowers were fabulous. Delivery next day, on time and to a different address as advised by the recipient. Recommend - great service
- Stev***this is very easy to send from out side of china and the service is quick and allows you to know status, with order tracking
- leon***Always great flowers delivered on time, thanks so much
- Rich***I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who happened to be in Xiamen on her 16th birthday for a study tour. Delivery didn't arrive on her actual birthdate but only because I was not able to give them the exact name of the building. 2nd attempt to deliver after two days. The flowers were lovely. Would still do business with them in the future.
