Amazing how fast they are to prepare my order, delivered first thing in the morning, my wife was so happy and surprised on valentine day. Can't say enough about the service and quality. Highly recommended. I will continue to use their services, have always done a fantastic job.

Flowers delivered very quickly. The recipient was unable to answer the phone and the flowers delivered to another address, where she does not live. When ordering, I did not specify an address, it had to be clarified with the recipient. Not for the first time use of the services, everything is always good, but this time it came out badly

They delivered my flowers in a timely manner and also responded back when they were unable to get ahold of my fiance, got ahold her to let them know and they delivered it to her, great service

I ordered flowers for my girl in Qingdao and couldn't be happier with the service. There was a mixup during the ordering process (she wasn't available to receive the package at the front desk) -- but the staff worked with me to make sure the flowers were received. I was apprehensive about ordering flowers over the internet but I can assure you that these guys are the real deal. Thanks!

if you don't accept Master card, then take out the MC's logo on the order form. Other than that, i appreciated receiving the delivering detail like who was there to sign for the order.
