My first order from California to Qingdao. The company website was easy to use in English, and I was confident to use PayPal. The company provided email follow-ups to keep me informed, and the tracking system was good. Delivery was in the middle of the requested time slot: perfect ! Judging by photos sent by the recipient, the flowers are fresh and beautiful. My only concern is that the mix of flowers was supposed to be 12 roses and 6 lilies. Photos seem to show more lilies than roses. The arrangement is lovely, but I am a little concerned about so many lilies as the delivery was to a hospital room with the recipient's father very ill. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and will order again with China Flower214 in the future.
