This is the first and will also be the last time I will order flower from your shop. You are charging me more money to deliver flower on Valentine's Day, and yet till 9pm, you have not deliver anything yet. Also, you send me a email saying that the flower has been delivered on 9.06pm. I called my wife straight away and she says nothing has been delivered to her. Why are you lying!! I want a refund please!!!

However, I am surprised that your company said they delivered the flowers there, where the company had moved somewhere else in Shanghai. But really there is no barrier. I ordered online, all English, got all processing information in English. Item has delivered in time. I ordered in the morning and the same day evening delivered. Good quality fruits, nicely arranged in a basket as picture shown in the order with flowers too. Service is quick and good, quality fruits. I will use them again. The flowers were beautiful and it's amazing that you can order flowers 1/2 across the world for delivery in a small city in Henan province in China less than 24 hours later. The price was great. Honestly, cheaper then here!
