The flowers were delivered on time and were fresh. My only issue was the description was for a round glass vase and she got a plastic square vase, but other then that it was a great experience.

Delivery people went above and beyond to get the flowers to my friend when I delivered them to her work not knowing that her work wasn't open that day. Appreciate the extra mile they went, especially since they had to try to contact her when she doesn't speak much Chinese at all

Dear, Already few times, I'm really disappointed in the volume of goods that are delivered. according to the price. Now again, 120USD for 3kg fruit max, mostly apples and grapes is inappropriate expensive. regards, Etienne

Some of the roses were brown when they were delivered. They were in such bad shape that the delivery driver called the recipient to let her know that he picked up the flowers in this condition and they were not damaged during delivery. I understand that the flowers were delivered on 5/20 Valentines Day and demand is very high. But I also paid extra to have the delivered on this day. So, the expectation is the flower company would provide healthy flowers.

I don’t live in China but my sister does and it’s hard to send her gifts from America but this was so easy, quick, and simple to send her some beautiful flowers! Thank you! She sent me a picture and they were beautiful and it made her day. I will be using this to send her flowers in the future. 谢谢!

Amazing fast service, great communication, I order from New Zealand, and have never had any problems. Always arrives on time and in perfect condition. The only flower/cake company I use for flowers/cakes etc to Shanghai.
