Brimming Softness

I paid a lot of money so I expected everything to be perfect. Roses were fresh and looked nice, but the babies breath flowers (or whatever they were) looked stale and not fresh. Packaging was nice, flower count had good meaning, delivery was fast, communication was good, but I expected the experience to be flawless for the price. I will try somewhere else next time, but not too bad.

This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. Ordered the item on last minute notice and boy did they deliver well. Was very surprised at the efficiency of their service. The wrapping was beautiful and the recipient loved it a great deal. Will definitely buy from them again

Given the price you charge for the roses I expect the highest quality, ready to bloom and lasting ones. Other sites even a little bit more affordable deliver better quality than this one. I gave you two tries, not dealing with you again. To be fair, your decoration looked very similar to the pictures and the chocolates were legit(not copies).
