I thought this was a simple arrangement with a couple cute bears that couldn't be messed up, but when the flowers were delivered the female bear didn't have a heart. (The male bear did.) Clearly was not a good message to send to my girl. She wondered why I would send her a bear with "no heart". This is the second order in a row that was a problem. I'm paying a lot of money for this service. How can you make this right?

The flowers were very beautiful and they were very fresh. They smelled real good as well. My friend said that she really loved them and asked where in the world did I get them !!! I told her that I got them from chinaflower214 and she said that she would use them in the Future. The only thing that I would like to request is that in the delivery details order link that you Put the address that they were delivered to as my friend asked them to deliver them to another address. We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind:
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
