I asked many times why my last order cost 34 USD instead of 28USD without any explanations! for plain packaging! The roses were not beautiful this time, I ordered peach colour, but they were all different shades and some of them were fresh and some of them were not. The company provided email follow-ups to keep me informed, and the tracking system was good. Delivery was in the middle of the requested time slot: perfect ! Judging by photos sent by the recipient, the flowers are fresh and beautiful. My only concern is that the mix of flowers was supposed to be 12 roses and 6 lilies. Photos seem to show more lilies than roses. The arrangement is lovely, but I am a little concerned about so many lilies as the delivery was to a hospital room with the recipient's father very ill. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
