I ordered a lucky bamboo as a New Year gift for a friend in Shanghai. The order was processed promptly and communications from the site were excellent. The plant itself was huge. From the photo I’d guess it was 4-5 feet tall. A really beautiful plant. This was my third time using Chinaflower214. I have been very pleased with their service.

The flowers arrived 1.5 hours later than the time I requested. I paid an additional $10 to have this timing. I hope in future when I ordered the flowers to be delivered at a specific time, I would expect prompt delivery. Nevertheless, the recipient was happy with the flowers.

Hi , the flowers were totally frozen when they arrived , so completely damaged when they unfreeze . Additionally the card was missing . I use your service every week but this time the quality was very bad.
