This is the third time I have used China Flower 214 to arrange flowers to my good friend in Hangzhou China. Yet again the deliver was made as arranged and we are very happy with the flowers each time. It is a very efficient service and progress of the order is updated via emails. I will continue to use this service.

My first time ordering. I bought this lovely pink bouquet as a surprise for my beautiful girlfriend in Suzhou. The flowers were delivered to her work that afternoon as advertised. And to my surprise and her's, the bouquet was much larger than I imagined it would be. She was absolutely delighted to receive such a spectacular gift of her favorite pink colored roses. Outrageous prices, item delivered late, called the recipient of the present to ask them to change the item because it was out of stock. Do you have any idea what commercial practices mean? It it a PRESENT, and therefrom a surprise. Cherry on the top, the message with the flower was not delivered. Poor execution, awful service. Will never use again
