I have used this company on several occasions now and cannot fault them. Their service and product is absolutely outstanding. It is also so easy to order from them. The prices are also very reasonable. Well done. I will be ordering again from them and won't be using anyone else.

I was a little scared of it being a scam, but fortunately it was just as promised. Not only the flowers but the delivery process. They called my recipient just to know about their availability, the delivery was the next day and it all went okay. Even the letter was written by hand. Just one thing. They have to add a label or something to the flowers so the recipient knows it is for them. My recipient had to call me because they went to pick it up in the reception, and the flowers were coveres by a bag (to protect them) so they didn't know who was it for.

My friend recently moved to China recently. We used to have a tradition where whenever she visited, I would get her flowers. I had been looking for a way to get her flowers while she was in China but was hesitant to try. After having read some recommendations of ChinaFlower214 on some expat and travelers website, I decided to try: either it would workout or it wouldn't. But I wouldn't know without trying right? Well I gave it a try and it worked out really well. My friend was so surprised and couldn't believe she was actually receiving flowers. I am also happy with the overall service including the live-chat feature where an agent re-assured me that the delivery was on its way. All in all, very happy and would use again!

My soul mate received her cake and flowers which brought such a joyous smile on her face. More than fantastic delivery. She sent me a photo of the cake and flowers which were just as it was on the online order form. It's a shame there isn't a 6th Star. I'll be back to surprise her when she least expects it! Thanks.
