Bunch of 6 roses beautifully presented in a nice basket, delivered on time to the right address. Have used this service for at least the last 3 years (or may be longer) and have no complaints, well done

Dear Sir/Madam. Many thanks for the beautiful red roses for the Qixi celebration! My friend loves these! They added a few pink roses + 11 red roses, which was a nice touch! However, I would have preferred that they would have added only one pink rose + 11 red roses or an equal number of red and pink roses (11 +11). Dr. Thakker

Delivered. But missing the 2 bears in the photo. Flowers not as lovely as expected

I wanted to send flowers to a friend starting a new job in Shanghai. The ordering process was easy, and the communication from the site was excellent. They sent an email at every step in the process. The flowers were delivered within 24 hours, and the photo from my friend looked almost identical to the photo on the website. I was very pleased and will likely use them again.
