I ordered for first time. Before i purchased a flowers i talked via Online Support to confirm that they can deliver flowers to a guest in a hotel. I have had hotel address in mainland China, guest name and her number. Roses was delivered within 4 hours after I paid, to a room of a recipient person. This was my fourth order through ChinaFlowers214. To be honest, I was unhappy with the previous three orders but persisted in placing orders with ChinaFlowers214. This delivery included seven red roses and five carnations all of which were almost dead. The order should have had 12 red roses and six carnation, and I paid a very high price for this product! I won't be ordering through ChinaFlowers214 again and will most certainly be telling all my contacts about this poor experience.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
