The delivery was really swift and the beneficiary was super happy which is most important. However, I had some troubles with the payment process. Some more common/direct payment methods would be helpful.

Only one word to describe the service, 'Awesome'. Initially I was bit sceptic but thought of taking online risk as I am not from China. But they really got my trust with their commendable service. I ordered flowers & cake for my fiancé who was in Beijing for her birthday and she was so happy & surprised to see the whole package. The team Chinaflower214 have consistently exceeded my expectations and have made sure deliveries are on time and received. As a foreigner I was hesitant on the first order I placed and didn't know what to expect, but the communication was excellent and the flowers were delivered to a local address in Beijing without any issues. After the first order I have placed many more orders and everything continues to go smoothly. If you are nervous about ordering don't be. The team here are awesome.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I know I was told that the flowers will be delivered on Mother's Day, but I never thought it'd be this late because my mom didn't receive her flowers until after 9:00pm on Mother's Day. And when she received them, the flowers looked totally different than the picture as shown on the website. My mom loves red roses and lilies so I ordered 33 red roses with 3 pink lilies for her but instead she received some white and pink roses with some random mixed flower in a basket. I understand there could be a shortage for the flowers during special holidays, but at least the customer should be informed if that's the case. Not happy with the whole experience.
