Because every rose was wrapped in a net which looks like finishing net or the net from fruits that you buy in a market, but nothing like a beautiful wrapping as you used to have before, plus you increased the prices after New Year. If you do increase the price, then at least do not mess up the quality of your gifts! Do you think that roses are like beer bottles to be wrapped in a net???? Well, if you transort them in a net to protect the shape at least make an effort to remove the net when you give it to the recipient! 2. Roses were not fresh, they had lots of spray with shining particles on top to hide the fact that they withered, but we are not stupid. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
