I've always used this to send flowers/gifts to my parents and I love it. But this time I sent some flowers to my Mom for her birthday and unfortunately she told me that the delivery person forgot to include a card/message and was very rude when she asked about it. It's a little disappointing because obviously I would never want to have send flowers to her on her birthday and risk someone upsetting her. I'm hoping this can be resolved and prevented in the future because overall my experience has been pretty good.

I thought this was a simple arrangement with a couple cute bears that couldn't be messed up, but when the flowers were delivered the female bear didn't have a heart. (The male bear did.) Clearly was not a good message to send to my girl. She wondered why I would send her a bear with "no heart". This is the second order in a row that was a problem. I'm paying a lot of money for this service. How can you make this right?

This is the second time I have now used this company to order flowers for my wife while she is home in China, and on both occasions the service has been exemplary. The communication is extremely good and any potential issues are raised with you directly and on time, allowing for a smooth delivery when you expect it.
