Superfast delivery and girlfriend absolutely delighted with the flowers! Have used these guys before and will definately use them again .... highly recommended!!

I am a regular customer and have purchased flowers from ChinaFlower214 many times. This time, I have to admit I was disappointed with my order. I had specifically asked for delivery to be done in the morning but the flowers only reached the recipient at about 2pm in the afternoon. My attempts to find out the reason for the delay was also frustrating. My email inquiry sent at about 11:45am was not responded, and there was no answer to calls made to the contact telephone number from your website from between 12 noon to 12:30pm. In addition the delivery status of the order was also not updated. Chong

1. My mother-in-law lives in Shanghai and every festival I send her gifts from your website. I made an order for a bouquet and for the first time i am very dissapointed with your company! Because every rose was wrapped in a net which looks like finishing net or the net from fruits that you buy in a market, but nothing like a beautiful wrapping as you used to have before, plus you increased the prices after New Year. If you do increase the price, then at least do not mess up the quality of your gifts! Do you think that roses are like beer bottles to be wrapped in a net???? Well, if you transort them in a net to protect the shape at least make an effort to remove the net when you give it to the recipient! 2. Roses were not fresh, they had lots of spray with shining particles on top to hide the fact that they withered, but we are not stupid. I am very very dissapointed, because the bouquet was for my mother-in-law and now she thinks that I ordered cheap flowers for her! Best regards, Veronika

I really recommend it, service have a great level. I had an issue with the person who I want to send flowers and after one attempt they help me to send this gesture. Flowers were excellent too. I did it from Mexico to China.
