I was very happy with the timing of the delivery. I would say I was disappointed with the quantity of flowers in the vase. The package I ordered was supposed to have 12 roses. It was delivered with 6. Even though it was nice and the Lily's were lovely, I was just a bit disappointed about the roses. Thank you for good service.

I ordered flowers for my Mum's birthday in the afternoon (New York City time) and by the next morning my order was processed, and before noon (china time) she had received her flowers. The flowers came in great condition and also beautifully wrapped. thanks again! I will definitely be using China Flower again!

The flowers were beautiful, but I ordered the bouquet with red and gold deluxe wrapping. That was not what my daughter-in-law received. Disappointed that I took such care selecting what I wanted. Also, it would be nice if the sender received a picture of the actual flowers, as they were delivered.

Order a bouquet of flower for my girlfriend on valentine day, pay a premium price for delivery on that day, but flower was not delivered and they update my status of purchase to deliver. Try contact their on line service but no reply. Is a horrible experience buying from this shop, no response or service after collected my money, cheats...
