Thank you very much for your excellent service. We just received pictures of a very happy 13 year old grandson enjoying his birthday cake. We will certainly order from you again in the future. Sincerely Maxine Daynard

I am very unhappy with your services for the following reasons: 1. You delivered the flowers without my message. No message, nothing at all. There is no impact in receiving the present. Please check your message system. Did you not receive my message? 2. The flowers look stale and are definitely not fresh. 3. I did not expect cheap Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.
