Ordered flowers for my girlfriend from Canada for Chinese Valentine. Flowers were very fresh and beautiful, excellent packaged. My girlfriend absolutely loved it! Will definately order more. A little bit pricy due to holiday pricing but it was worth it. Ordered at 11AM (China time) and arrived at 6PM!

Prompt response and took responsiblity in making sure that the phone number i gave was correct cuz my friend wasn't picking up. Also kept delivery to the specified time frame and was on time. Flowers were fresh and very pretty and my friend loved them very much. Would order again if I have to send flowers out again.

There was a little hiccup in between and I contacted the online support twice. The first time was fantastic, I got things sorted out real quick. However, second time, I couldn't get anyone online for quite a fair amount of time. In the end, I had to get someone in China to sort the matter out via phone call. The website can be improved a little more for better shopping experience. Thanks.

The team Chinaflower214 have consistently exceeded my expectations and have made sure deliveries are on time and received. As a foreigner I was hesitant on the first order I placed and didn't know what to expect, but the communication was excellent and the flowers were delivered to a local address in Beijing without any issues. After the first order I have placed many more orders and everything continues to go smoothly. If you are nervous about ordering don't be. The team here are awesome.

I paid additional to request for a morning delivery. to my surprise, right up until 5pm today, the flowers did not get delivered. I was not informed about this at all and my girlfriend works from 8am - 5pm. This was why i requested morning delivery. At 520pm, when my girlfriend was on her way home, then your delivery man called her. She had to go all the way back to office despite already being on her way home. I am really disappointed with the delivery service and time consciousness of this company. Last year, you delivered the flowers on the wrong date for my girlfriend too, which made her almost fell out with me and scolding me heartless for remembering her birth date wrongly. And not even a year has passed, this happened again. I really doubt the trustworthiness of your company. Really disappointed
