Very disappointed with what was delivered especially with the added money for the timeline. Flowers were unraveling and looked old.

China Flower 214 gave me a wonderful experience overall. Even when I made my order at around 5 pm in the evening Sydney Time, the flowers and gifts were delivered to my girlfriend the same day in Changchun. It made her extremely happy as there was a surprise element attached to it. I note that the quality of flowers and gifts were also top notch. We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
