This year VALENTINE'S DAY coincidentaly falls on our Spring Festival(Lunar Chinese New Year Holidays) which cause some difficulty to our delivery. To insure the flowers delivery in time with good quality, we make the following statement:

    1, About Flowers advance booking.
 Affected by the impact of market supply and demand this year, During Valentine's Day (February 12 to 16) the price of flower materials will keep rising, in some places there may even be a shortage of flower materials, lack of labour.
Therefore, if customer book in advance, all of our branch will prepare flower materials and make arrangements in advance to control the prices, which will saves the cost return to our customers and help us effectively handle the orders. Hence, we have introduced a different time to perform different preferential price policy, the earlier the more discount!   In Valentine's Day, cakes and green plant delivery suspended

    2. About Delivery     
Our distribution covers all of the big cities, but some in remote rural areas, towns or villages in the county seat, please be sure to contact us to confirm whether we can serve and the surcharge of serving. The payment after confirm take effect.
Valentine's Day is the peak flowers delivery, our commitment to all orders will be delivered on Valentine's Day, but does not guarantee a specific delivery to a period of time. Based on our past experience, the vast majority of orders can be delivered in accordance with the customers scheduled time. A few customers because the transportation is not convenient, address is not clear and telephone number invalid caused delivery delay.
If you have special needs require timing delivery, please confirm with us at least one day early and successfully place orders, and indicate the timing delivery in your order, we will meet your demand.
Valentine's Day, flowers demand is huge, some flower materials shortages are very common, if some flower materials shortage in you order, we will follow the principle to replace the flowers with same performance, moral, and value. But for the shortage of the main flower we will ask for your advice for processing.

    3.Orders processing    
We will follow the sequence of orders to deal with the orders (paid orders). In Valentine's Day once the orders exceed our capacity, we will promptly stop accepting new orders to ensure that the accepted orders been delivered timely.
In order to deliver your flowers as soon as possible, all orders will be arranged to our branch flowers shop in time. If the delivery address change, but in the same city, please inform us the new address and contact details one day early. If the new address is not in the same city please advice before 12th Feb.

     4.Service Promise    
Our enthusiastic and professional service will act your good messenger of love. We guarantee that the bouquets are come out with fresh flowers by professional flower master according to legend. Our service is warm and considerate.  24 hours available order in our website.    
Due to out of the scope of delivery cause suspending but paid orders, We will make the refundment in 17，18 Feb.   
In case of the dissatisfaction for flowers cause by our service mistake or flower quality, we promise to deliver one more time free of charge in the following 3 months, and apologize for you.
