Solutions of delivery problems

1) Recipient Absent at Time of Delivery:
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, and depending upon the delivery location, the delivery person may leave a message or secure the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return.

Please note: cake and chocolate can be harmed by extreme temperatures, and flowers in particular need to be cared for promptly upon arrival.

  1.  First of all, we will try to leave it to someone at that place and ask them to pass the gift to the recipient.
  2. Secondly, we will try to leave it to the reception or security guard and try to call the recipient to inform this.
  3. Thirdly, we will try to contact the recipient(contact the sender if failed) to arrange a re-route. We may send a bill of re-route charge from US$7.0 to US$20.0 to the sender after the delivery is made to new address.
  4. Final, we will contact you to find other contact information of the recipient and redeliver the order after got contacted with the recipient. We may replace fresh flowers on our cost but are not responsible for decreased product quality of other items. The order can not be cancelled, and US$7.0 to US$20.0 redelivery charge is applicable.

If you are not sure whether recipient is absent, then select "Must call before delivery" when you order to avoid any problems.

2) Incorrect or Incomplete Address Provided:
If the recipient's address is incorrect and the delivery was attempted but refused, the address can be corrected and delivery reattempted for an additional fee.

Incomplete addresses, particularly those intended for delivery to offices or apartment buildings, can substantially delay delivery.

We will attempt to contact you as soon as we are notified of any difficulty with delivery, and if you cannot be reached, we will attempt to contact the recipient to request a corrected address.

  1. First of all, we will try to call the recipient and deliver to correct address ASAP. This may cause delay and you may need to pay extra delivery charge from $7.0 to $20.0.
  2. Secondly, we will call you to find correct address or get recipient's new contact number. Then we will redeliver the order after got contacted with the recipient. We may replace fresh flowers on our cost but are not responsible for decreased product quality of other items. The order can not be cancelled, and US$7.0 to US$20.0 redelivery charge is applicable.

Please note: There may be additional fees if delivery must be reattempted. The condition of perishable items cannot be guaranteed in any of the above circumstances.

3)Packages Left in Offices or Mail Rooms:
Gifts sent to businesses or buildings where deliveries must be made to a central mail room or receptionist may be delayed internally. Generally, our delivery stuff will send message to recipient via cell phone or leave message at the door. And we inform you via email.

Please ensure your recipient knows to expect a delivery so that your gifts may be cared for as soon as possible upon arrival.

4) Delivery Refused by Recipient:
If the intended recipient refuses to accept the delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund if the package contains perishable goods such as flowers or food. If the package is returned to us and is in salable condition, we will refund your purchase price minus any additional fees incurred.

5)Severe Weather and Other Acts of God:
If delivery is delayed because of inclement weather or delivery becomes unavailable to a particular location, we will do our best to inform you of the problem and make alternate arrangements for delivery if at all possible.
