Absolutely, it's free and go withes your gifts, you can write message at Message Form when placing order.
I have a Chinese address but can not type it,how to place the order?
Just copy and paste the Chinese address to the address form. If you only have a business card then just fill "address will send in email" to address form, and then send business card picture to our email firstname.lastname@example.org with order ID. Then we will type it to your order.
How long should I order in advance?
We provide same day flower delivery service to all cities in China if complete order before 3:00pm(Cut-off time may be early if delivery to remote town or rural areas).
To ensure delivery on time, we suggest you order two days in advance.
A) Cakes and plants need to order at least 24 hours in advance. Please refer to the detail of these products.
B) Balloons, mooncakes, and personalized gifts need to ship to recipient's place from Beijing. This may need 5-10 days or even longer time. Please refer to product descriptions.
C) We strongly recommend you order as early as possible for holidays delivery such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Chinese Valentine's Day(Qixi Festival) and Christmas. This will save your money for sure and guarantee on time delivery. We may stop to accept orders up to 2 days before the delivery date without notice at these seasons.
I do not know postal code. How to place the order?
Just type complete recipient address you know and phone number on recipient's information page, write "unknown" in the postal code box. Let us do it for you.
Can I check my Order History?
The first page of “My Account” will display the five most recent orders under “Order Information”. Click into “Check your complete Order History” to view a complete list of past orders. Click into each order to view order details.
