How long does the membership cycle?

Please be kindly noted that your Membership do not expire. Your member level will automatically updates to a higher level and enjoy a larger discount as your total payment amount constantly accumulates.
Now log in "My Account" to check which member level you have got and enjoy the benefits of relative membership discount.

 


 

Can I check my order history and the invoices?

Yes, you can check your order history and invoices of your past orders by sign in “My Account”, on the first page of “My Account” will show your recent orders, please click the order number you are looking for to check the order details.

 


 

How to add/ edit/ delete my delivery address?

You may add/ edit/ delete your shipping address in the "Address Book" section of "My Account".  Simply click either the "Add a New Address", "Edit" or "Delete" button on the "Address Book" page to add a new address or make modifications.
