I planned to have flowers delivered to my financee the day she returned from travel but I entered the wrong delivery date (a day too early) and she wasn't home to receive them. I contacted Chinaflower214 to see what they could do and they arranged for her to pick up the flowers the next day. I am very grateful for the service since the problem was my fault.

My first time using China Flower214 and I can say they were prompt and wonderful! I put my order in during the day here in the USA and first thing in the morning (China time) my sweetheart's flowers were on their way and received around noon. I was worried the bouquet might be small but I was pleasantly surprised it was very large size and even more beautiful than in the picture!! When I inadvertently entered the wrong address for delivery to my wife for the Mid-Autumn Festival, as soon as they were notified, they arranged a new order and had it sent to the correct location.
