This this a third time i am ordering flowers and the flowers being delivered are old. They are quite expensive and not of a good quality. I would like for them to be replaced.

My daughter's 7th Birthday was coming and I am in America. I ordered the large heart chocolate cake for my daughter and had special instructions to write on the cake. The cake arrive later than I wanted but still in time for her party. The cake was big and my little girl was excited. she has never had a cake that big. She had big bragging rights to her friends when she told everyone that her American daddy loves her. I am very grateful for the care that was taken in preparing the flowers for my fiancee. I had been anxious because I ordered them from the UK but I needn't have worried! They looked even better than the photo on the website. There were more flowers than I ordered - red roses, wonderful fragranced lilies and two bears instead of one! They were wrapped in a long train like wedding flowers. The message was beautifully typed up and put in an attractive envelope. The courier drove from out of the district just to deliver this one order. It arrived on the same day. My fiancee loved them! Thank you Chinaflower 214!

You haven’t diliver the Teddy and the note also. Even you haven’t called the recipient before dilivery. dilivery has done one day delay which is 08/07/2023
