I've used china flower several times. The flowers or gifts are always delivered on time and in very good condition. The only problem I have is that the website never remembers my email and password so I have to recreate everytime I visit. Regardless of that, it's always a prompt and professional experience and I will use them anytime I need to send flowers or gifts to China. Very easy.

It is hard living half a world away from my son and his wife. It brings us such peace to know we can connect with them by sending them flowers on special occasions and China Flower 214 has always done a wonderful job. Most recently I had forgotten to update my son's new address. When no one was home they called him and he was unable to answer. They then went above and beyond and texted him. When he told them of the address change, they re-delivered the flowers to him promptly that same morning! This is a first class operation and we will continue to use them to stay connected to my son. Thank you very much for delivering flowers to my daughter in Beijing yesterday. The delivery was done with extraordinary persistence and professionalism. I did not have her address in Chinesee characters and was nervous about the English address being understood. The delivery driver and one of the head office staff went to great lengths to ensure the delivery was successful. On top of that the flowers were beautiful. Great service!
