It was a big disappointment and my suggestion to ChinaFlower214 would be to change the flower shop vendor. The recipient Madam Wang Li Fen urged me, not to send flowers again. Personally I can not say if there would be a next time but I certainly will reconsider and influence my future action. The service around the order was good and the communication was also good. This was my fourth order through ChinaFlowers214. To be honest, I was unhappy with the previous three orders but persisted in placing orders with ChinaFlowers214. This delivery included seven red roses and five carnations all of which were almost dead. The order should have had 12 red roses and six carnation, and I paid a very high price for this product! I won't be ordering through ChinaFlowers214 again and will most certainly be telling all my contacts about this poor experience.

I ordered a lucky bamboo as a New Year gift for a friend in Shanghai. The order was processed promptly and communications from the site were excellent. The plant itself was huge. From the photo I’d guess it was 4-5 feet tall. A really beautiful plant. This was my third time using Chinaflower214. I have been very pleased with their service.
