It is a little difficult to find a reliable online gift or flower delivery service, especially if you are in the US looking for something special for someone in CHINA. They don't have the most modern website layouts and to the general user you might be nervous to try a service like this. But I am here to tell you, the prices are good, the delivery was on time, and the product was exactly as described. I could not be more satisfied. My partner was surprised and delighted by my gift. they also allow you to put in your own heart-felt message without a major character limit, so surely you can come up with a brief message they will print and send along with the flowers you order. you will get a high value out of this and most importantly your loved one, significant other etc.. will get their flowers as shown on the website, on time and for a good price. if you are in the US and looking to send flowers abroad...try chinaflower214!!!!! these days people are quick to complain but much less likely to commend a job well done. thank all staff and chinaflower214 partners :-)

The team Chinaflower214 have consistently exceeded my expectations and have made sure deliveries are on time and received. As a foreigner I was hesitant on the first order I placed and didn't know what to expect, but the communication was excellent and the flowers were delivered to a local address in Beijing without any issues. After the first order I have placed many more orders and everything continues to go smoothly. If you are nervous about ordering don't be. The team here are awesome.

Yes, they promise prompt service and even charge you more for it. But what I got was a beautiful bunch of Roses (33 to be exact) that wilted and died because the courier left them at her front door when she didn't answer. My instructions were to deliver to her neighbor if no one was home. That never happened. So when she finally got home the flowers we 2 days without any water or anything (because the courier never followed instructions). Next time I will find another florist who actually delivers the flowers to a real person, not just a doorstep.

I have probably over 20 orders through cf214 over the past three+ years. I have never had a negative experience. Delivery is always on time. Customer service is also great. If there is ever a change they are there with an immediate reply, even if it’s not considered “business hours” there at my hour here in the states. Wish American companies ran this well and cared about their customers patronage as much as cf214 does. Thanks!
