This is the 7th time ive placed an order with this company. Until this order my items were delivered on time and have been of very good quality. I've ordered many flowers, cake, stuffed animals, etc. This order was 2 items I was sending to my daughter for her birthday. Some of the items ask that you order 2 days in advance. I placed my order 4 days in advance to ensure they arrive on the specific day I requested. Only 1 item was delivered. I sent an email to customer service asking about the missing items. Within a few minutes I received an email telling me my order was delivered. I responded to that email once again stating I didn't receive all the items I ordered. A few hours later I received an email saying they were sending out the remainder of my order. While I appreciate them correcting the order. I have no idea when it will actually arrive. In addition I had to place a late order with another company at additional cost to ensure my daughter received a gift on her actual birthday.

The delivery was made in time. However, the following problems were found: 1. The 12 pink roses ordered WERE NOT included in the delivery 2. The vase is very small (such small vase should NOT be so expensive 3. Brocken flowers were included (at least 6-10 of them have no stem at all) We are so disappointed for your service. Please make correction or refunds as soon as possible.
