I have sent you a Email to change my delivery address from ZHUHAI CITY to NANNING CITY , you have plenty time to do so . But you still delivery my orders to ZHUHAI , reason for change is my wife gone to NANNING CITY to visit her Mother , only this disappointed to me. Delivery was precise and ontime. Recipient was delighted to see the phalanopsis orchid well arranged and nurtured. Their stems are high, healthy and impressive. This is the second time he received it. The first one he received in January lasted nearly two months.
Yes, they promise prompt service and even charge you more for it. But what I got was a beautiful bunch of Roses (33 to be exact) that wilted and died because the courier left them at her front door when she didn't answer. My instructions were to deliver to her neighbor if no one was home. That never happened. So when she finally got home the flowers we 2 days without any water or anything (because the courier never followed instructions). Next time I will find another florist who actually delivers the flowers to a real person, not just a doorstep.
