Speedy service, beautiful product and reasonably priced. I place the online order in the morning from NY and my friend received the flowers and chocolates in about 4 hours in Shanghai. Looks just like the picture from the website.

Simply the best service. Was told could take 2 days, Delivered same day. She was at work so they called her and organised a delivery time to suit.

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion. I was beginning to get concerned about China Flowers 214, because they said they delivered my flowers, but my girlfriend did not receive them. They said they tried to call her, but she did not receive a call. Then they tried to deliver a 2nd bouquet, and said they called her all day. They finally were able to deliver the 2nd bouquet, and we finally figured the mystery out. First, my girlfriend's phone was not receiving calls from them for some reason. It was the fault of her phone; not the delivery person or the company. Second, and this is really crazy, her roommate received the flowers 2 weeks earlier! She didn't read the note on them to know they were from me! So China Flowers 241 was right all along, but they didn't complain about delivering a 2nd bouquet of flowers. They maintained that "the customer is always right" even when this customer was wrong! I WILL DEFINITELY USE CHINA FLOWERS 241 AGAIN!
