I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I know I was told that the flowers will be delivered on Mother's Day, but I never thought it'd be this late because my mom didn't receive her flowers until after 9:00pm on Mother's Day. And when she received them, the flowers looked totally different than the picture as shown on the website. My mom loves red roses and lilies so I ordered 33 red roses with 3 pink lilies for her but instead she received some white and pink roses with some random mixed flower in a basket. I understand there could be a shortage for the flowers during special holidays, but at least the customer should be informed if that's the case. Not happy with the whole experience.

I'm an American living in Chengdu. This was my first time ordering flowers in China so I was a bit wary, especially since I was out of the country on vacation. Everything went smoothly and I immediately received an email confirmation upon delivery. She sent me a picture of the bouquet and it looked great. Thank you!

Propt deliver of what appear to have been fresh and beautiful flowers (judging by the words of my girlfriend). And this was done the same day although they had a waring for tulips that they have to be ordered two days in advance - they ended up delivering the bouquet the same day. Good job!
