My partner was very please with the flowers, it made his day and they made the fact that he was away from home on his birthday feel special and loved. i have been a loyal customer for chinaflower, 2 cakes and 3 bouquets in 3 months?!... I'm pretty happy about these gifts and so my gf. It's just this time i want to send her a fat/cute(like describe in the site) teddy bear that cost 67+10(shipping fee) totaling $77! And i'm bewildered on what she got... A cheap looking bear that you can seem to find anywhere else! I know it may look different a bit because of the area, but it's totally nowhere and i mean that, NO WHERE CLOSE to the one i purchased. I went to sent a complaint through cs and got bo freaking reply. Now i can't access live chat, after i sent out my complaint, live chat always say no officer online! Wtf! I'm so disappointed!!! You lose a good one chinaflower...

This was my fourth order through ChinaFlowers214. To be honest, I was unhappy with the previous three orders but persisted in placing orders with ChinaFlowers214. This delivery included seven red roses and five carnations all of which were almost dead. The order should have had 12 red roses and six carnation, and I paid a very high price for this product! I won't be ordering through ChinaFlowers214 again and will most certainly be telling all my contacts about this poor experience.
