This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!

- Xian***The real product should be close to your catalog image. I am very disappointed about the flowers color, totally different from the image I wanted. Product photo shows hot rose pink but my mom received very light beige pink flowers. I selected that color from you catalog for my mom on special purpose - to make happy lively spring atmosphere for an elder person live alone. Light beige/nude pink is romantic and soft, but that's totally different from what I want. Thanks.
