Been a long time customer. This time the flowers we old and dry and many had to be discarded within a day. Please respond as to what you will do. Would expect a new delivery of at least 50% back. You can see I have ordered many years and never had his problem.

My mother in law was out of town when they were about to deliver the flowers. I asked them to call her before delivery and that’s it my mom said if can deliver a day before and so they did that. I have found a new shop to order her flowers every occasion. Thank you for making her happy on Mother’s Day!

This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!

I'm very satisfied about quality of flowers and fast delivery. My girlfriend was very surprised and touched. I'm grateful for this!

The prices are good and the delivery while delivered on the same day the on time option doesn't always happen (last order) I received a refund so it's was a good experience using this company

This is the first and will also be the last time I will order flower from your shop. You are charging me more money to deliver flower on Valentine's Day, and yet till 9pm, you have not deliver anything yet. Also, you send me a email saying that the flower has been delivered on 9.06pm. I called my wife straight away and she says nothing has been delivered to her. Why are you lying!! I want a refund please!!!
