This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. I ordered flowers and cake for my friend for his birthday. Payment was smooth and I got status updates promptly. Delivery was on time. The cake was very soft and yummy and was exactly how it looked in the picture. They were nice enough to include candles, a birthday paper crown and a sweet card with my message. Flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged as shown on the website. Highly recommend this site for anyone who wants to send flowers, cakes or other goodies to their loved ones in China
I asked many times why my last order cost 34 USD instead of 28USD without any explanations! for plain packaging! The roses were not beautiful this time, I ordered peach colour, but they were all different shades and some of them were fresh and some of them were not. I always order from your company but this time you really disappointed me by extra charges and bad quality of service and product
