The basket that was received is completely different than the fruit basket that I ordered. The basket is different, missing cloth bow, missing chrysanthemum, missing kiwi, missing persimmons...Your vendor even put two plastic box of super market grape and orange. This makes the basket appear low class. I am fuming right now. Kindly rectify this blunder immediately!

Flowers were delivered to my girlfriend in China in a timely fashion for QiXi festival. The arrangement was beautiful. I was exactly as I had seen on the website. And you informed me in a timely fashion of status of the order. THANK YOU

The flowers were delivered on time and my wife was very happy about it. I ordered the flowers the day before in the evening and the flowers were at the front door the next day at lunchtime. I am satisfied with this service for flower delivery in China/Shanghai.

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion. I have probably over 20 orders through cf214 over the past three+ years. I have never had a negative experience. Delivery is always on time. Customer service is also great. If there is ever a change they are there with an immediate reply, even if it’s not considered “business hours” there at my hour here in the states. Wish American companies ran this well and cared about their customers patronage as much as cf214 does. Thanks!
