Yesterday I draw conclusions too quickly, after i saw the order was stated as delivered. After the problems with my password, I was dissapointed this also went wrong. However, the satetement was changed too quickly and today I got a friendly mail that the order was delivered today. Thank you for checking this with the local florist! I was very apprehensive about using an online florist broker because of a bad experience with another company, but I wanted to send flowers to a city in China. I decided to try ChinaFlower214. Following the instructions on their website was quick, easy, and in English. There were even options as to a particular time period for delivery. I received a prompt email confirmation. Per my recipient, the delivery person called ahead of time to ensure she would be home (nice touch). She sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked perfect. She was extremely pleased with the healthy look of the flowers. I used the option to leave a message card with the delivery, and ChinaFlower214 had someone hand write the note. Another nice touch. I’m very, very pleased with the service and quality of the flowers. I will absolutely use them again.
