This is the first and will also be the last time I will order flower from your shop. You are charging me more money to deliver flower on Valentine's Day, and yet till 9pm, you have not deliver anything yet. Also, you send me a email saying that the flower has been delivered on 9.06pm. I called my wife straight away and she says nothing has been delivered to her. Why are you lying!! I want a refund please!!!

Some of the lily flowers are open with their wonderful fragrance, while other lilies are still in the process of opening and will make the display last a long time. The wrapping was lovely, and the deliverer even sprayed water on the roses and lilies upon delivery! What an incredible presentation!
