Valentine’s Day is the day people usually give flowers to our loved ones. Because of the pandemic it’s impossible to offer each other bouquets if lovers live in a different country. I ordered mine at 3am China time on V-Day and it was delivered the same day at 11am. Congratulations, you made two people happy despite not having seen each other for 1 year. I’ll use your services again. BUT make an effort on the card, the message enclosed wasn’t exactly what I had written (why I only put 4 stars)

I ordered a bouquet for my very good friend in Guangzhou. I ordered 2 days before delivery and I was able to pick even the time for delivery! They requested my friend's phone number and called her to let her know what time the delivery was going to be made. Everything went smooth. Very happy with the flowers and the service- Thanks!

Had ordered flowers to brighten one's day when hearing of a relative who was hospitalized. At this time was unable to take delivery of the flowers while attending to our sick relative's needs. Our relative passed away a couple of weeks later and the family immediately began making the funeral arrangements. A subsequent trip to the hospital was necessary for an unrelated yet urgent surgery. The flowers were received once discharged from the hospital after the surgery. They were delivered fresh and were a wonderful surprise after a very tumultuous time. The overall duration was over a month, and appreciated greatly the commitment to customer service. The care and concern the company exhibited has been exemplary!
