Yes, they promise prompt service and even charge you more for it. But what I got was a beautiful bunch of Roses (33 to be exact) that wilted and died because the courier left them at her front door when she didn't answer. My instructions were to deliver to her neighbor if no one was home. That never happened. So when she finally got home the flowers we 2 days without any water or anything (because the courier never followed instructions). Next time I will find another florist who actually delivers the flowers to a real person, not just a doorstep.

The flowers were beautiful and it's amazing that you can order flowers 1/2 across the world for delivery in a small city in Henan province in China less than 24 hours later. The price was great. Honestly, cheaper then here!

The order was delivered, but a day early. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on the morning of her birthday. Instead they were delivered the day before her birthday. She still loved them, they were still in great condition, it just would’ve been nice if It had been delivered according to plan.
