China Flower 214 gave me a wonderful experience overall. Even when I made my order at around 5 pm in the evening Sydney Time, the flowers and gifts were delivered to my girlfriend the same day in Changchun. It made her extremely happy as there was a surprise element attached to it. I note that the quality of flowers and gifts were also top notch. Of course I expect nothing but the best for my girlfriend. Thank you China Flower 214 for the wonderful experience and making us all happy :)

My partner received her surprise and sent me photos I was absolutely happy with the flower / fruit basket arrangement.. such a professional presentation , and service . Was almost 12 hrs late but finally delivered

The website is in $ and English so was easy to navigate, although it took a while to work out how to use the PayPal option. I requested a Friday morning delivery to a business, but annoyingly the flowers were delivered in the evening after office hours and the recipient didn’t receive the wilted flowers until Monday morning when she returned to work. I emailed the service dept with my complaint but didn’t hear anything back. I won’t use this company again.

Call many times no replies alr suddenly went silent .. is this a scam.. do resolve before I conclude.. my time chosen was 830 morning and now is 5 plus alr

Quality of roses and other plants is not good. Had to throw away a lot of the flowers. Delivery man did not call before arriving. In general, my girlfriend was very disappointed and because of that so am I. This company is a crapshoot as to whether it will turn out good or bad. The price is very high for poor quality and poor service.
