I have probably over 20 orders through cf214 over the past three+ years. I have never had a negative experience. Delivery is always on time. Customer service is also great. If there is ever a change they are there with an immediate reply, even if it’s not considered “business hours” there at my hour here in the states. Wish American companies ran this well and cared about their customers patronage as much as cf214 does. Thanks!

- Xiao***I've used ChinaFlower214 a few times. They always deliver on time and throughout Mainland China and the quality of flowers delivered is also very good. However they seem to end up delivering the wrong colour roses. Every time I request for Dark Pink Roses to be delivered, as they are my girlfriend's favourite, they end up delivering either Peach or Baby Pink. The colours listed on their website isn't a good match either. I'm still hoping that I would be able to send Dark Pink Roses to my girlfriend soon
