I highly recommend CityFlower214 I also want to say that I had an issue with my account and contacted LiveChat. I was really surprised and impressed with the customer support person that I chatted with. I don't know if she was Chinese or another nationality, but her English was "native" and her comprehension of my problem and the speed with which she corrected it were impressive. I would say it was probably the most satisfying customer service experience I have ever had

Bought a flower and chocolate bouquet to surprise my bestfriend for her birthday in Dalian, China. Was so worried the delivery guy might not catch her as I opt for 830am to 12noon delivery.
