A friends pet dog passed away, not being able to be there to support my friend, I decided to send some flowers. The flowers were delivered promptly and looked very fresh. Thank you for brightening up a friends sad day.

I've always used this to send flowers/gifts to my parents and I love it. But this time I sent some flowers to my Mom for her birthday and unfortunately she told me that the delivery person forgot to include a card/message and was very rude when she asked about it. It's a little disappointing because obviously I would never want to have send flowers to her on her birthday and risk someone upsetting her. I'm hoping this can be resolved and prevented in the future because overall my experience has been pretty good.

First time using this site to send a flower to my girlfriend in China. First, I was a bit unsure if they would deliver the same item I ordered, and yes, it was similar to what I ordered, and the delivery time is a bit late, but it's okay, my girlfriend received it and is very happy.

I can’t stop telling everyone how great this company is. Not only did they send beautiful flowers, AND a cake to my friend in Jilin, but they did it in about 4 hours! This company represents all that is great about a global economy. I’m located in California. Normaly it would take weeks to send a gift to my friend. And it might get stopped by customs (has happened). So this was perfect! And they have paypal! It was so easy. And they communicated with me quickly to resolve a problem. But it was already resolved before I could reply. I am 1,000% happy with how this went and my friend was so surprised for her birthday. I recommend them to everyone!
