I was ordering flowers for a friend who had just gotten a new job, and I wanted the flowers to arrive the same day. There were some issues with the local florist and the product received, but Chinaflower214.com was exceptional in their handling of the situation, and took extra steps to make sure I was satisfied despite matters that were well outside of their control. Outrageous prices, item delivered late, called the recipient of the present to ask them to change the item because it was out of stock. Do you have any idea what commercial practices mean? It it a PRESENT, and therefrom a surprise. Cherry on the top, the message with the flower was not delivered. Poor execution, awful service. Will never use again
