This is the first and will also be the last time I will order flower from your shop. You are charging me more money to deliver flower on Valentine's Day, and yet till 9pm, you have not deliver anything yet. Also, you send me a email saying that the flower has been delivered on 9.06pm. I called my wife straight away and she says nothing has been delivered to her. Why are you lying!! I want a refund please!!!

- Ying***I have to give this company 5 out of 5 for their standards and performance.Today is Chinese valentines day,i didn't really know about it so i was panicking when i found out.It was already pass midday, I quickly came and ordered the flowers but on the order page there was a statement saying orders for the day have stopped even if you order now there is a chance it will not be delivered on this day but the following day.Knowing this i still had no choice better late than never. I sent the customer service an email asking them to please deliver it for me today,just trying my luck.They responded very quickly and told me they are processing the order and it will be delivered today.The ordered was then delivered within 3 hrs of me ordering.I am very impressed with the speed of delivery.I have used this company before but never on a tight deadline.This will be my go to company for flowers sent to china from now on.
- A ve***I placed an order to be delivered to a friend in Shanghai while I was in the U.S. I made a mistake on my order info and the mobile site would not allow me to make the necessary changes. I had to let her know that I had placed the order and give her the information so she could contact them to make the necessary change to be able to receive the order. Surprise was ruined.
