First time using this site to send a flower to my girlfriend in China. First, I was a bit unsure if they would deliver the same item I ordered, and yes, it was similar to what I ordered, and the delivery time is a bit late, but it's okay, my girlfriend received it and is very happy.

I thought this was a simple arrangement with a couple cute bears that couldn't be messed up, but when the flowers were delivered the female bear didn't have a heart. (The male bear did.) Clearly was not a good message to send to my girl. She wondered why I would send her a bear with "no heart". This is the second order in a row that was a problem. I'm paying a lot of money for this service. How can you make this right?

This is my very first attempt buying flowers online for someone in China . I thought it might be a scam or bogus site but i can honestly say that this website is reliable with a really good customer care service with their constant support and they help you to their best ability. They even went to the point of waiving off a special seasonal fee of 10$ due to insufficient fund in my balance. Thank you once again ! Will surely buy again :) and the recipient was really.happy with the gift.
