爱在盛开

I would like to express my disappointment as to the service that I received from you company. I had request and paid for an additional red rose and a blue rose to be included in the package that I sent to my girlfriend. Imagine my surprise when she sent me a picture of the flower arrangement I had sent to her, minus the red rose and the blue rose. I understand that you try at every opportunity to provide the choices that are request. However, I see you had no problem taking my money, even when the service was below Average. Also, as an additional info, the two Teddy Bears in the arrangement were both female in female attire. I am male and my girlfriend is female. I wonder if your company will reimburse me for the additional funds I spent without proper service. Thanks!!! FOR NOTHING..... Jr. McLaughlin

I fully recommend CHINA FLOWER 214 , I surprised my husband with a beautiful gift with Ferrero rocher and flowers, also It was delivered on time although it was February 14

The flowers were very beautiful and they were very fresh. They smelled real good as well. My friend said that she really loved them and asked where in the world did I get them !!! I told her that I got them from chinaflower214 and she said that she would use them in the Future. The only thing that I would like to request is that in the delivery details order link that you Put the address that they were delivered to as my friend asked them to deliver them to another address. Thank you so much for the great service that you offer. I will always recommend you to friends and family

Delivery on time. Flowers are fresh just looks a bit different from the pic which I saw on the website. Happy with that. Only issue is that I paid extra for getting deluxe package but just looks the same as normal... no difference for the upgrade. And also in the future hopefully the phone line can works as I try to contact you guys but just no one answer. Anyway still very appreciate with everything!

You guys are AWESOME! Thanks for delivering the flowers on time under such short notice and they were lovely too! Definitely will be ordering more in the future, job well done, I am impressed. Thanks! :D

谢谢你们快捷周到的服务！ Vicky

ChinaFlower214 has made getting a cake and roses to my wife and daughter so easy! I sent a flowers-only arrangement 2 days ago and it arrived perfectly. I then sent a flowers-and-cake grouping today which arrived perfectly and on-time and was delicious! Thank you so much for an enjoyable and reliable experience!
