I have been ordering flowers and now a cake. My daughter said it was so fresh and delicious. I am extremely happy with the service, flowers are so fresh and beautiful also. This is the only place that can deliver to Shenzhen.

They resent with another florist, but the damage was done. On the most recent order, they used the card from my previous order. Small mistake, but I wanted it to say Happy Birthday on her Birthday. I sent three emails and never got a response as to how they would resolve this. They never did. I am trying again next week. My 7th order in the last 6 months Last try. If the flowers, card and delivery are not accurate, this will be my last time to use this service. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. It seems like a roll of the dice whether everything is right or not.
